What is a JOYTASTIC Woman?

A JOYTASTIC Woman is someone who IS JOY. She IS JOY because of how she lovingly cares for all aspects of herself. She IS JOY because she knows her Value.


We effortlessly choose to support others, and often move into Super Woman mode. We give give give, and then judge ourselves when we crash and burn. Our Value is connected to how much we are able to give.


We must FIRST give to ourselves with this same level of commitment. When we care for all Five of our Bodies, we have the strength and balance required to give to others the way we know we are meant to.
