My name is Velma Gallant, and I’m the Queen of JOY. For the past 8 years I’ve been mentoring Women to live their life with peace, joy and passion…no matter what’s going on.

It’s the “no matter what’s going on” that’s important. Too often we let what’s going on outside of us dictate what’s going on inside of us, when in fact it can and is supposed to work the other way around.

I’m a “Thriver” of sexual abuse as a teen. I was homeless at 17. I was in an emotionally and verbally abusive relationship. I’ve experienced divorce, financial difficulties, and more.

I say this not to impress you with how much I’ve overcome, but to share with you that it is possible to live a JOYtastic life in spite of what goes on in your life.
